I will never use Enterprise again. I was ORIGINALLY told that the only charge I would incur was a $50 deposit that would be refunded to my account when I returned the rental. This was never done. I opted for one type of optional insurance; the rep who was there when I picked up the rental had me initial for two, and I had to call for road-side assistance once while I had the car. That cost ME (NOT the insurance company whose client was the whole reason MY car was in the shop in the first place) another $61, but this wasn't explained to me until over a month and a half after returning the rental. My bank account was overdrawn because of these charges that weren't presented upfront. Overall, I was charged over $170 where, originally, I was expecting to pay less than half of that.
