My last two experiences (Dec.' 09 and April '10) at Milton Martin Honda Service Department in Gainesville, GA were both extremely negative, but my most recent visit to the service department on April 10, 2010 was the worst I have ever experienced at any auto dealership or service department. The employee I checked in with was friendly and cordial at first. As the morning progressed, she became unprofessional and rude, which was her response to my dissatisfaction and frustration. Instead of providing me with a calm opportunity to speak and then being given the respect of being listened to, the employee raised her voice at me in the waiting area. She spoke to me using an extremely hateful tone of voice and behaved in an unprofessional manner, causing me to feel inferior. I waited about 10 minutes shy of seven hours for my vehicle. Communication between the service department was poor as I waited from 9:00 until 12:40 for the first communication on the progress of work being done.
