Mir himself is very personable and is always willing to talk to you personally and truthfully about what is wrong with your automobile. He's always remembered me by name, and without having to look over all his paper work, normally remembers the problems I've had in the past and works with me to resolve whatever issue has or is going to arise. I've been a loyal customer of Mir's since owning my first car in 2004 and continue giving him my patronage knowing that he'll do whatever it takes to keep the cost down while still getting the job done.\r
