I give these guys one star because zero is not an option. Worst experience ever and I will not go back. Here is why:\r \r The wait to get in. 45 minutes. This was NOT in the afternoon after schedules had been pushed around and messed up - this was at 7:30 am when they OPENED. No one before me so why the wait?\r \r The x-ray tech took x-rays when I had JUST had them done 2 days ago at their sister office across the street! Why did I need them again? Because they had not gotten them from their partner office less than 1/4 mile away?\r \r The x-rays were badly taken and had to be re-taken before the dentist would talk to me.\r \r I asked the The dentist what he was going to do, and he never told me. Once he just walked out of the room as I was talking to him. \r \r I told him I was nervous, anxious and somewhat terrified. No offer of anti-anxiety pills, gas, whatever. But as I left the front desk receptionist said I should have asked for something and that they routinely prescribe that for anxious
