I went to the European Wax Center in Aventura, Fl (located on Biscayne Blvd.) to get my eye brows done for a wedding. Big mistake. While the woman at the front desk was very helpful and friendly the lady who waxed my eyebrows, Jenny, did a terrible job. Jenny repeatedly put wax over my eyebrow to pull out single hairs, instead of using a tweezer, which made no sense to me. And even after her job, I still had hair everywhere. I made her go over my eyebrows twice with a tweezer, but she still missed lots of hair and I eventually had to fix her mistake. I have been getting my eyebrows waxed since I was 14 and have never been burned, however when I went here Jenny burned my eyebrows in TWO places. I went to the wedding with burn marks and uneven eyebrows. She did a terrible job, and I will NEVER go back here. She had no eye what she was doing, burned me, and then still missed hair and made them uneven... Not worth the trip! Stay away from this place.
