I must agree with several of the other comments .. this is not the place if you want A+ customer service or compassionate people. There is one office person that is friendly every time I have gone in .. other than that ... its impossible to find a friendly face before seeing the Dr. The nurses are good with the children once you make it to the back several of them are Excellent and I at time wonder why they stay at this place but glad they have ...for they are part the main reason I continue to take my kids here... I would say that if you have other options explore them first because i'm sure you can find good nurses in a place where you can also feel comfortable takeing your children to in the first place.
Pros: great nurse for asthma and great Dr. smith
Cons: other staff is awful and so is the wait regardless of appointment or not
