I purchased a new handgun from them with a trade in. The price was reasonable on the purchase, but the value on the trade in was a lot less than I expected. I was really surprised when I came back about an hour later to look at accessories for my new purchase, only to find that they had my trade-in up for sale at almost double what they gave me. I guess that I can only blame myself for selling so cheap, but I left feeling like I was taken advantage of. Part 2 of my experience was the worst part. After buying an ankle holster & asking the cashier about there return policy, I ended up needing to return just days later. I did not even wear the holster at all because it did not fit, so I was not expecting any problems returning it. I was way wrong. I brought back the item the next chance that I had to stop by. The same cashier that I dealt with was the one taking my return. She took my item to the back & cam out saying that they will only give me half of my money back. I was shockingly asked why. she said that I would have to speak to ""Mr. McBride"" about that. after waiting several minutes for ""Mr. McBride"" to grace me with his presents, he told me that the holster had been worn to much for him to re-sell it as new & he pointed to some threads that were sticking out. I explained to him that I did not wear it at all & that those threads were there when I bought it. ""Mr. McBride"" then began to argue with me about how he would not sell an item in this condition as new. I re-affirmed my statement & asked him if he was calling me a lyre. I was shocked again when he arrogantly said ""Yes, I think you are!"" in front of other employee's in the room. I left feeling shamed for no reason. I do not understand how someone can treat their customers like that, but I can tell you this. I will not step into his store again for the rest of my life & I recommend that you don't either.
