I went to Johnny for a cut and color. I have blonde hair that i've been highlighting for years. I left my appointment with orange hair and horrible roots. I immediately called to make another appointment because I was so unhappy with the results. I left a second time and still had horrible orange roots. I would not recommend going here if you have blonde hair. The quality of service was completely unacceptable for the price! I felt like someone right out of hairdressing school had done my hair. The highlights were applied way too far away from my scalp. My stylist was blaming my past hairdresser for the orange color in my roots when the real problem was the color was not left on my dark roots for long enough for them to turn blonde. I ended up paying $300 for a half head of highlights and a cut. I would not have paid even $50 for the services I received. Can't wait to have my hair fixed with a professional next month!!!
