Review content:
I had limited time to select a Dentist, come up with a plan and get started as it's the end of the year and my insurance is about to run out. I'm someone who comes from a family with bad teeth to start with, add to that the additional factors of a long period of lifestyle problems like alcholism, homelessness, addiction, and one could count the total number of Dentist visits I've had on one hand, I was in my 20's before I ever even went to a Dentist for the first time. My teeth were an embarassment. \r \r They have treated me with respect, kindness and have presented me with a fair plan and seem to so far be doing a great job. I go back in a few days and expect to be finished in about a month - but so far I rate them very high - they are doing a wonderful job, treating me well and I think I'll be very pleased when it's all complete - I surely hope so - \r \r I'll be back to complete the review when I'm done but so far I say these guys are GREAT!!!! \r Thanks Dr. Trey!!!\r *********\r I still think they're great - but I'm adding this note SEVERAL months later - they were less than upfront about how long it would take. I'm not the happiest camper as for me, with all the extractions, means I've been almost toothless now for three months going on four. I had some financial problems which just seems to be par for the friggin' course these days but to be fair Economy Dental played no part in screwing around with me there - the financial woes were courtesy of a company called Ceridian - that's who provides my insurance. Here I am three months later and I am STILL waiting for Ceridian to reimburse me for the money I spent out of pocket - nearly a grand!!. Once again the Dentist has left me broke and toothless - it happens every time - but I like Dr. Trey and everyone at Economy and I'm still hoping it will all come to a happy ending. I understand things happen outside of the Dentists control - and the bridge, partials and upper denture all has to be made by the lab he doesn't do it himself - so maybe that's why it wasn't mentioned earlier - perhaps he just didn't know. I'll update this review - I still would recommend them I'm just a little worried right now - hopefully it will all work out! I'll let y'all know!!!! Pros: Plenty of parking, relaxed environment, trustworthy, fair and down to earth.
