I was a loyal Erik of Norway customer for over 15 years entrusting my hair with the same color specialist. I shake my head when I think of what this salon once was and what it has become. Despite that, the same color specialist would surely maintain some quality, or so I thought. Whether salon mismanagement or priority changes negatively affected her performance I'll never know. I only know during the last year of my patronage I never received the color I wanted or expected. I agree with another reviewer. It is as though she simply did whatever she wanted. The final time I ended up with a color that faded into a dreadful disaster with one color at the top and an entirely different color at the ends. This clearly needed correcting whether it was the fault of the sylist or simply the condition of my hair. When I called to schedule a corrective color she had her receptionist call and politely ask me, in so many words, not to return. I hope she enjoyed my 15 years of loyal patronage. Pros: Stellar past reputation Cons: Mismanagement has sullied reputation and quality.
