Review content:
Long Tan is second to none for quality foot and service. I read a previous review where someone posted that the waiter said the foo was ""pre-packaged"" or something... That person either misunderstood their server or is flat out LYING \r
\r
I have been frequenting the establishment since 2001 and since day one, I've been treated like family. The staff is knowledgeable, efficient and polite. The food speaks for itself, and is far from ""pre-packaged."" Anyone who has been there will clearly see the open kitchen right when you walk in, where the cooks are cutting and preparing fresh products right in front of you. My kids love to sit at the counter and watch the flames dance as our always delicious meals are prepared fresh right in front of our eyes! \r
Between the excellent food and the remarkable staff, Long Tan is the only place for Thai food in Park Slope, with options for Thai food (and even not so Thai food) lovers. My girlfriend and I might even get married there! If you haven't been yet, you don't know what you're missing!
Pros: Knowlegable, efficient staff. Excellent chef
Cons: Only open for dinner
