Review content:
Initially, it seemed this business was fairly good, but I recently received the ashes of my loved one and simply called to ask if his ashes were in a plastic bag so that I could remove them from the temporary container. I wanted to know know the details as my domestic partner's sister handled most of his affairs. When I called about how to do the transfer, I was yelled at and treated quite rudely by the person on the phone who seemed to not understand English very well. I wasn't sure. We are having the service this upcoming Saturday, December 18th and his family and myself are very much still mourning. A business that works with those who have had such a tremendous loss and are deeply mourning should not have to suffer further by being treated with such inconsideration and rudeness.
