I have had to take pets to the AEC twice in the past 12 years. They were absolutely wonderful. The first time, my cat was coughing up blood. They saw me immediately, explained everything they were doing and why, and answered all of my questions. My cat is still alive today, thanks to them. \r \r The second time was today - Christmas Eve! My dog has been ill for over two months, vomiting, bad potty, and my regular vet was not able to find the issue in all of that time. We had a crisis this afternoon and I rushed my dog up to the AEC. They were able to find her problem in less than an hour, something my regular vet was not able to do after 5 visits. Again, I was very satisfied with the service. \r \r A lot of the reviews have mentioned the high cost of services, but what I don't think they understand is that this is the animal ER. Like the people ER, it costs more than your regular doc. Even so, AEC cost me about the same as I would have paid at one of the higher-end spa-vets that are poppin
