Review content:
I recently had about 275 ft of privacy fence installed around my backyard. Overall, I'm happy with the product and service, although I will note that I did not compare prices, so this rating doesn't account for Fox Fence's cost compared to others. Their original quote was within my expected price range. Also, I did not haggle on the price.
I found the following items noteworthy:
a.) The sales guy that came to my house was a nice regular ol' guy. No pressure tactics at all.
b.) The proposal had 30 day expiration. I exceeded that due to HOA approval process. When I called them up approx 45 days later to review the proposal, the price was the same.
c.) After I accepted the proposal, they bumped me up on their schedule. When I mentioned that I was surprised, one of the guys mentioned that since I didn't haggle on the price, I moved up on the priority list.
d.) My neighbor said he liked the fence. I liked it to. I'm happy and the neighbors are happy.
The only thing that keeps me from giving them a perfect rating is that I didn't shop around on the price. If I could know for sure I got the best price coupled with the good experience I had, it would warrant 5 stars.
