I've been to many spas before, including this one, and never had an experience like this. First, we were greeted by a dog sitting in the receiptionists lap, which I am allergic to. Then, I received a one handed massage by a talented therapist who could also text message on her cell phone while giving a massage to a paying customer! I was furious. That massage wasn't even worth $1. She never greeted me after the massage or left me her business card. I wouldn't show my face either after that. I tried contacting the owner several times, but here we are a month later and I have yet to receive his phone call. So, needless to say, if the owner is unwilling to listen to the concerns of a consumer I thought you all should know what an unprofessional place Olympic Day is and I wouldn't suggest it to my worst enemy. I will never ever go there again.
Pros: able to get in same day, now I know why.
