We have been taking our dogs and cats to Dr Griggs and her staff since 1998. We have always had excellent experiences. I believe that the negative review on this site and the only other negative one that I know of were written by the same person. They might have had a bad experience in their mind, but we and many others think the world of Dr Griggs and her staff. We are retired and go in during the week. Saturdays can be busy, perhaps that was the negative person's problem. We and our pets are always recognized and greeted by name, but that is not why we go there. (1)They are VERY competent and friendly. (2)Our pets like them, too. We think that it is VERY important to see how your pet reacts. We are old and have used vets all over the country for more than 60 years with a lot of pets, especially when we lived in the country and rescued and placed strays.
