I called this office because it was conveniently located,and i had major work to be done.I needed to get my top teeth removed so i can get dentures.This man hurt me so bad and he still couldn't get all the teeth out. While i'm trying to tell him that i was not numb enough he still proceeds to remove the teeth which he couldn't do because they were breaking off.He had Lisa call Metro dental in order to straight out is mess up.I finally got my top dentures,but he said that i didn't need lowers but just a partial,when i went back after so many weeks the partials did not fit.At this point i was through dealing with this man.Rewind to 2009 the lower teeth have to be removed,the ones that are left, so i went to another Dentist to be told that Carescource will not pay for lowers because Dr Adamo billed carescource for partials that i never received,therefore i am in constant pain due to the abscess on my gums and front teeth that are broke at the roots.I have very low self esteem i don't want to smile and i talk covering my mouth. I'm stuck with four front teeth and no financial resources to improve my smile.This is wrong and this man should not be allowed to continue this way of practicing.I could develop an infection that can travel through my blood stream.I have one 7yr old son that needs his mommy. I will never refer randall dental to my worst enemy.I don't know how this man sleeps at night,taking advantage of people like that.
