Review content:
I was very disappointed with the customer service at Go Rentals. When we first moved to the area, we moved into a rental home that did not include a refrigerator. We decided to rent one for the first couple weeks until we found one to buy. We had previous experience with national chains, that had always been wonderful, and we had great references from them. But because we didn't yet know anyone in the town, even though we had tons of references, they would not rent to us. We ended up going to a Rent-A-Center and having one delivered that same day.
I was glad we didn't end up renting from Go Rentals for other reasons as well. They have one small room that holds their entire selection. Their prices are much higher than those of bigger chains as well.
Now that we are well established in the area, I would not return to Go Rentals because of the way we were treated on that first visit. They lost a very good potential customer.
