Review content:
I too have received many rude, degrading, yelling, and threatening phone calls from United Collections. I've been refused a copy of my bill, refused payment plans and been hung up when I questioned them regarding the laws & my rights. WA state has a 3 year statue on what can be collected on. If you bell is 3+ years old, it's too old to be collected on and has to be written off. I strongly suggest everyone to get a book called "Debt Cures, what they don't want you to know about" by Kevin Tredau. Do NOT own up to any debt until after you have read this book. It does wonders and explains OUR rights and what UCS has to do. Pros: worst collections agency I've ever heard about Cons: refuse to work with people, just want money
