Review content:
The head pastor of Saint Peter Presbyterian Church is the notorious R.C. Sproul Jr.
Defrocked in 2006, along with his entire Session of Elders, over some very serious charges, Sproul has continued masquerading as "The Rev." R.C. Sproul, Jr. even though his Presbytery defrocked him for ecclesiastical abuse of parishioners, tax fraud and duplicity.
According to the RPCGA's Declaratory Judgment, "The consistent pattern of actions taken by these men are duplicitous in nature, and demonstrate that they willingly and knowingly act in an arbitrary fashion in violation of their vows of ordination and in violation of our denomination?s Book of Church Order. Most importantly, their actions manifest that they lack the qualification for the ministry 1Timothy 3:1-7). It would be unwise to allow these men to continue to hold an office for which they are not qualified."
St. Peter Presbyterian Church is therefore "pastored" by defrocked men.
R.C. Sproul Jr. is also the founder of the Highlands Study Center.
Pros: None I'm aware of.
Cons: Not such a good church for anyone offended by church keggers.
