I am really impressed by the service I received from Jim's office. \r

Jim took the time to sit down with me and review my auto policy with me. I had no idea that what I thought was full coverage at my previous company would have left me in trouble if I was in an accident. I even saved money and Jim gave me a renter's policy for almost nothing extra over my car policy.\r

After we spoke, Jim introduced me to his staff members. His staff are very professional. The office was warm and inviting and I felt right at home when I was there.\r

I am very happy that I switched to State Farm and Jim. I highly reccommend his office!
Pros: Great office, friendly staff, met with Agent, actually saved money!
Cons: Upstairs offce, parking.
