Review content:
Probably the worst experience I've ever had at a salon. I told the stylist I just needed a trim of an inch to an inch and a half because I'm trying to grow out my hair, and she refused to cut it unless I would allow her to cut 4 inches. Then the stylist next to her told me I should go home and ""think about it"" and come back when I'm ""ready"" to have a real cut. Then my stylist tried to lecture me about hair care and that I should never highlight my hair ever again because it was damaged. First of all, when do highlights or chemicals not at least partially damage your hair, and second of all, my hair is very soft and healthy and does not appear damaged at all. She then attempted to talk me into scheduling weekly conditioning treatments. Finally she and the other stylist suggested I go home and print pictures from the internet about haircuts I wanted, even though I already told them exactly what I wanted and they just refused to do it for me. \r \r The receptionist staff was very nice, but the stylists were pretentious, rude and overall just unpleasant. Pros: Ambience, Receptionist Staff Cons: Stylist Staff - rude, unwilling to satisfy customer requests
