Review content:
I was at Bob Lees a few days ago to have regular services done to my vehicle. I was very pleased with the help that I received. When I pulled in, a gentleman came right up to my car and asked what he could do for me. The same person, kept me up to date on what was going on with my vehicle while I was there and informed me of work that needs to be done. I loved that I could have lunch and coffee while I waited. Thats a huge convenience for someone who is almost always on the go. The ladies at the counter were very courteous as well. However, I did notice the entire time I was there, one of them was constantly coughing. Granted, she coughed into her arm rather than her hand, but germs are also airborne. I understand that people need to work and most cannot afford to take a day off for something as simple as a cold, but that is not safe or healthy for customers and other employees. The ladies handle money, pens, paperwork, etc. and germs can be spread through all of them. All in all, I was very satisfied as a customer there and will be returning to have further work done. I just hope that nobody is sick the next time Im there.
