Horrible beds, unhygienic conditions, and unethical business practices are among the few of my complaints and concerns with this business!\r

Two complaints: \r
1. I wanted to tan in a 15 minute bed and right before I got into the bed, realized that there was dried up sweat from the previous tanner all over the bed. The bed had NOT been cleaned at all! Needless to say, I only use there standup bed now in fear of them not properly sanitizing the beds. AND the ONLY reason I am using this tanning salon here is because I pre-paid with cash and well if you know Toucan Tan's reputation..Good luck getting your money back! \r
2. Another visit I was put into a bed with 6 lights out..I did notify the owner Tony Miller and he said he didn't realize there were that many lights out? Really? If you get a bed with ""ALL"" the lights working and not flickering, consider that your lucky day!
