Took my camper there after having issues with another dealership in Houston. \r

Spoke with Isreal who was super nice and told me to wait for Rene. Now that is where the issue is. \r
\r
Rene is arrogant, rude, unhelpful, callus, and honestly the ONE reason I would never send anyone to purchase their camper there. \r
\r
He told me ""we don't work on your style of camper."" I pushed back saying that Dutchmen actually recommended we see you and he said ""well you know what, maybe so, but we only service what we sell, so...."" ""We're so busy we only work on the ones we sell"" then he stopped looking near me and started to look busy for me to leave. Rude as hell. \r

The world of camping goes by referrals and this one person who was rude will make me forever not recommend someone spending a ton on money on a camper from them. \r

Oh and you should know, I was going to trade in my camper today too. It appears you lost out on business. Thank your rude service guy Rene for that.
