The people at the counter have always impressed me as professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Any exchange I have had with the technicians has always been positive. Brad took the time to carefully explain the problem with my car to me (a 240D Mercedes)and helped me decide what course of action to pursue. I live in San Diego and leave a car in Wash. for business purposes. Brad has taken care of different issues in my absence and kept me fully informed. I would give Brad and FAME automotive an excellent grade. A+
