Businiess name:  Paul's Garage

Review content:
After taking our Jeep to be inspected and serviced, we had a trip cut short when the repairs made by Paul's Garage caused the rear axle to lock up on the highway (rear axle seals had been replaced). Apologizing and offering to pay for a car rental and repairs made by a different garage (trip took us over 100 miles from home), we decided to use their garage again due to this credit. An appointment made for Wednesday morning (dropped off Jeep Tuesday night) resulted in having to call 4 times Thursday to get the Jeep back, unrepaired. A previous service done on the check engine light (a simple OBD read) was previously provided for free, but after requesting the credit be reimbursed due to poor service, they cut us a check and provided a receipt pre-dated back to December for the OBD read, for $82. If you can't do the work yourself, you're better off paying your neighbor than taking your car to Paul's Garage. I'm surprised they're still in business, and I feel bad for anyone who has experienced the frustration of dealing with them. I have no better recommendation, but I wish someone would have given us one - we could have avoided the stress we endured.
