As a relative newcomer to Aiken, I chose to give Power Cuts a try because it is housed in a charming, older cottage, and is well located on the main street of Aiken. I was also encouraged by the numerous positive reviews on other online rating sites. One must wonder if those reviews are, indeed, legitimate, or if they're phony and written to drum up business.
