They were scheduled to show up at 9am, called at 8:30 to confirm. 11:30am rolls around with no comminication, so I call them, they say between 11&2. The guys show up 5 minutes later, look around and announce they aren't doing the job because it's too much work. They LEFT. Cut rate then informed me that someone could come do it the next day. That's NOT ok. My kid's bedrooms are torn apart, everything removed. I called Budget carpet. They saved the day and had someone come install same day for the same price!
