La Vaca consists of little more than a window in a wall on the side of the Marketplace Newsstand Area.
Once would think something with such a tiny little space in there would not be capable of such greatness but they are beyond competent.
After my first time eating there probably 12 years ago I found out they had other locations and got litterally hooked. I was eating there once a week.
Since then one of their locations was closed and recently I ate at the University District location and it was HORRIBLE.
The market location has always remained unchanged however. They make a darn fine burrito.
I highly recommend their Chicken Mole burrittos!
