Not even two months after I moved in my apartment kitchen was flooded due to the neighbor’s bathroom shower drain. The first time I called maintenance, they said they fixed it. The second time my kitchen flooded, maintenance made a joke saying “as long as your neighbor does shower, you should be fine”. Not funny. The cabinet, ceiling and walls become severely water damaged. Maintenance failed to show up 2 times to take care of the mold that occurred due to the flooding. \r
Snow was literally coming inside from the fireplace. The windows and doors are extremely drafty. The walls are paper thin. The leasing crew failed to mention children are not permitted into the clubhouse to partake in any of the amenities offered. And yes, they are very voliation happy: I was warned for having my child's bike on the backporch. It's ""not patio funiture, plants, or a grill"" therefore its not allowed.
