Review content:
I liked my doctor (that I've seen once), but the staff has been HORRIBLE to work with. I was supposed to follow up in 8 weeks (after a sleep study), but they didn't forward the paperwork for the sleep study until 7 weeks later. I called the office to reschedule my follow-up (since the sleep study had not been done), but it took three phone calls and a tantrum to get a call back. Now, I've had the sleep study, and one week, several calls and a tantrum later, I finally received a return call. And the rudeness. These people don't care that your head hurts. They contribute to it. I've suffered migraines for 25 years and if all the neurologists in Richmond operate the way Neurological Associates does, I'll have to suffer with them until I die! In my very short experience, this is a very poorly run operation. And don't bother calling the office manager. From what I am told, she is managing all three offices. She doesn't return phone calls either. Pros: the doctor Cons: the rest of the staff
