I do have some mechanical experience so when my fiance's check engine light came on I replaced the plugs and wires. But when our truck still had a miss we took it into Don Perry s. Ray Perry and his foreman James immediately jumped on our truck and then proceeded to show me tech bulletins about this particular problem with the engine we had in our truck. It needed a new engine. Not what I had in mind and definitely bad news for me and the missus. However James and Ray showed me definitive proof and made me comfortable knowing they would find a solution, and try to get away from that faulty engine. On Friday I dropped off the truck, on Monday morning Ray had found a solution. Thursday afternoon I had a call telling me our truck was ready. We picked it up Friday, not only did they get away from our faulty engine but we upgraded to a larger engine and got a few extra horse power. Ray Perry even gave us a 12 month 12,000 mile warranty on the used motor, all for a reasonable price. Thank you Ray for helping us and our small family. We will be back!\r
