These guys are flat out crooks! We put a Gecko on hold for our eight year olds birthday and then found out the grandparents had bought one, when I called back to ask them to put deposit back on the card I was told that the manager had stepped out for a minute and would call me back. This run around has continued for 12 more calls, I would never again do business with a store willing to lose a customer over $20.00 bucks!\r
