Ok! This is the worst business owner I have ever seen. If she doesn't like you, she will be talking about you in front of other customers! I know that customer's son left some dirt on the floor but its not a reason to be talking bad about your customer. She even said that she's gonna pinch the little boy's face if she see them again. I mean if she is that upset, she needs to talk about them in private not in front of other customers. I feel so disgusted that I wanted to leave. Not only that they have expensive food but they also have no proper hygiene. She talks about the customer for being ""makalat"" or messy when they can't even wipe their sauce bottles. After we pay for our meal, we put a little tip. She didn't even look at us and she gave us this mean face. She seems to be upset because we didn't gave her the tip she wanted. I can't believe that this owner would do such. Where is the essence of a good customer service? I will never gonna be coming back to this place. I have heard how terrible this place is, but I still gave it a try. Yeah, I say they have great food and fast service. It's just the owner's manner stinks! If she can talk to other people about other customer's thing after eating there and she didn't even know them? Who knows what she's gonna say about you after you left the place. As we say, you can also try and I will let you judge it yourself. Overall rating for me is 1 out of 10. I don't care how good the food is if the people are mean? Doesn't work for me..\r
