Roy Voeks is a nice man. However, if you want his business please check with the B B Bureau for "Voeks Properties" so that you may see the list of complaints that have been filed against him. He managed my property but kept the rent money. He owes us four months rent. He is great at excuses and apologies and is convincing. But his checks bounce over and over. Do not permit Mr. Voeks to fall behind more than one month on sending you the rent he collects from the tenant. He never responds to e-mail, faxes, and is not at all timely at responding to voice messages. No one ever answers the phone. He no longer responds to our requests for the four months owed to us. He is sloppy with the paperwork. We have initiated litigation against Voeks Properties. Be very meticulous and check on the maintenance he performs on your property. I do not recommend him. His rates are cheap but you get what you pay for.
