Review content:
I special ordered some metal flashing for a tile border and brought the tile with me to the store. The people behind the counter assured me (I know nothing about tile) that they would order me the right product. This was not the case, and upon discovery of the problem, were distinctly unhelpful in terms of service and refund. However, they did offer to charge me full price to reorder the right product. My tile guy assured me that they bore the responsibility for the mistake. My experience with Buena Tile was negative and I will not recommend them.
