I just completed the Yoga Teacher Training and it was the most amazing, life- changing experience I've ever had.
Everybody at Atmananda are beautiful people, very caring and loving and full of knowledge!!
The studio is a beautiful comfortable place that feels like a second home.
The classes not only prepared us to be Yoga teacher but they also gave us the opportunity to get in touch with our soul, letting us reconnect with our true selves.
The sequence is very energizing, challenging and fun. I saw a great deal of changes spirit-mind and body. I feel stronger inside and out.
I feel happy, full of energy like I've never thought I could feel, strong and very inspired and eager to continue in this path.
