I've been under chiropractic car for about 10 years due to an accident initially, but now for the proactive health benefits. I started seeing Dr. Amato a few years ago but had to change doctors due to a change in insurance companies, but came back as soon as I could. The majority of other chiropractors I've visited work to get you into a ""maintenance plan"", where you're relying on them to constantly ""fix"" you. The Atlas Oncology (spelling?) therapy that Dr. Amato employs has worked wonders on my neck and related spinal issues. I only go in when I need to, usually after something I've done to aggrevate it or when my sinuses start to indicate there's a problem. He recently used a new laser device to address a sports injury in my shoulder that I let bother me for weeks before mentioning it to him. The healing is nothing short of miraculous. And did I mention that I havent had a sinus infection in over 2 years!? Dr. Amato is one of the most down to earth and personable people I know. I suggest him to everyone!
