I am a new client to The Paw Patch Place and I have to say I had a wonderful first experience. The staff are very kind and helpful and the Doctors are very knowledgeable. I got the pleasure of seeing both doctors over a few month period. I took my elderly/angry kitty in for a weight loss issue and was educated on the importance of blood work and testing my cats urine. Needless to say I was concerned how this was going to take place due to my grumpy boy and his attitude. It was a success and no one got bit or scratched.. \r
With in 24 hours I got a call from Dr. Dowden she explained some blood values to me that were a concern. She talked to me like I was a real person and not using big confusing words. She offered options about treatments for a thyroid problem. I didn't even know a cat could have these problems. I started on some different things and he seemed to start gaining some weight.. A few months later I took Farris back to get blood work to see if the medication was working. At this time I got the pleasure of meeting Dr. Lindsley, she knew my kitty and his history even though she wasn't my original doctor. That was so reassuring to me. She also knew of his little anger issue too. This again was a success with causalities. The values came back good and he had gained weight. I love the way the staff care for my pet just as if it was their own.. Everyone is very compassionate and helpful. I would highly recommend this clinic.
