Review content:
I expected a much higher level of service from Repartee Gallery. First they lost my order and my project wasn't completed in time for a special occasion. Then to add insult to injury, the person who decided to take on my order, after they lost it the first time, was let go from the company and no one followed up. More than a month later I'm still going back and forth with them to try and get my project finished. The only time I could speak to them was when I personally visited their store because they rarely answer their phones and they never call me back. I will never do business with them again.
Pros: Beautiful art from renowned artists.
Cons: Overpriced, poor sales skills, bad follow through, not customer-centric.
