This is the very first review or testimonial that I have ever given on line for a business, but Hydro Heaven Spas in Pismo Beach, CA and their personnel deserve a very good review. I am approximately a year late with this review. During the whole process of buying, delivery, and installing Catalina Freestyle 14 swim spa they were exceptional. The sub-contractors (electrician and concrete) that they recommended were very good and timely. The swim spa was delivered and installed on the initial date given. The instructions of use and maintenance given by Raffi were very courteous and explained well and fully. I wanted something different on the spa and Raffi (COO) came out himself and corrected it. Luke came out after initial installation of the spa and installed different lifts, he is polite and does great work. All the questions that I have had since the installation have be completely answered politely by Raffi.\r
I would highly recommend Hydro Heaven and their great staff to any one.\r
