I do NOT recommend Rodeo Dental. I called prior to scheduling to make sure they take my insurance. Sure enough they do. When I arrived they made a call and was very loud speaking to the person on the phone. Exposing all my husbands info including his social security number. I then went back, took x-rays then I had to wait 45 mins for a dentist to just pluck my teeth. The place inside is a mess, needs a new coat of paint and better customer service. Went up to make an appointment and could hear EVERYONES info. Coming and going. I gave my credit card cause remember they charge you everything up front. then You have to hope they bill your insurance. While she was punching in numbers, there was a guy looking at the numbers on my card and all my personal info. Was very upset. No discretion what so ever. Wheres the HIPAA here? Didnt WE sign it, but they dont abide it. hummm.... \r
Although I have great dental insurance they are charging me full price for everything then they said they were going to bill my insurance. I called my insurance company and they mentioned its up to the dentist. Well I am taking my business elsewhere. I called to get a copy of my x-rays and they are charging me money although i just paid them over 2 hundred bucks to take them. Please dont waste your time. Save your wallet and Go somewhere else.\r
Pros: The place is within reasonable distance to my home, lots of Parking
Cons: Not discreet with Personal info, Doesnt explain anything up front, Too Expensive
