Watercourse being one of the best overall restaurants in Denver, and the best vegetarian friendly restaurant that I know, you have to expect it to be very busy, which it usually is. So it's good that they moved to a larger building that can accommodate more customers at once, although I did prefer the ambiance at the old place. My party of three arrived early last Sunday evening for dinner, and we didn't have to wait for a table at all. Our server was attentive and we ordered drinks, appetizers, dinner and dessert. They got everything right, everything delicious, and everything was served promptly. I think now that the new location has been open a while they've worked out a lot of the kinks. I've been a vegetarian for 12 years and have eaten veggie food in California, Seattle, New York City, and London, and I feel lucky to live near Watercourse, the best veggie restaurant overall that I've been to. Their menu is exhaustive, with every vegetarian protein source you can think of (tofu, tempeh, seitan, legumes, etc), so many ethnic foods represented (including American, Thai, Mexican, Mediterranean,...), and creatively combined and seasoned foods. I always try something different and I'm always delighted. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. And all that at affordable prices. Go there and enjoy! Pros: The food, the selection, the affordability Cons: parking, occasional wait times
