Review content:
I was in a minor car accident and my insurance company recommended Caliber Collision. Caliber returned my car to me much dirtier than they received it (certainly didn't detail it as is typical) after 2 and a half weeks, which was 5 days after it was promised. Every day the last week they told me it would be ready the next day, but they kept pushing it back. They also refused to fix any additional minor dings or paint scratches without charging me a fortune. I talked to the manager, and he offered to detail the car for me, but I am not taking my car back to this shop. Next time I will pay out of pocket to have my car towed to another body shop if I have to. The service manager and center manager I dealt with seemed nice at first, but eventually left me with the feeling that I had dealt with slime. I definitely do NOT recommend this body shop.

Cons: bad customer service, expensive, do only the minimum work
