I didn't plan originally going here for dinner, but its the only place in Ventura I gone out to dinner more than once. I've been here 3 times and found the staff to be extremely knowledgeable, good mannered, polite and funand great to ask questions or to even chat with. I've been here with large groups and on dates. The wine list extends to wines from around the world. The menu is food is excellent. However the restaurant is on main street and busy on weekends. Not an extremely intimate setting, but a pleasant one none the less. The price is more on the high side to eat out, I'd say about $30-$60 per person pending on a starter, wine, cocktail, and desert. I recommend going on a weekday when the staff is not so hectic and busy and you'll find them quite willing to share their knowledge and recommendations to anybody willing to ask. Pros: Nice setting, Great Service, good food, excellent wine selection, nice long dinner Cons: crowded on weekends
