Review content:
Sweet n Sassy may make great cakes, but their professionalism and integrity are quite the opposite. Their staff would rather spend 20 minutes trying to convince a customer that they never received their order rather than taking responsibility that they simply did not fill it. I can't respect a company who does not have integrity. There is a lack of communication as well in the place. The company lost my order and one staff member comes from the back claiming ""Yeah I made that cake, I remember. It's here somewhere"" while the others are staring at me like I didn't speak english. Long story short, they still never found my cake and I had to end up buying one that they had on hand. Shame.
