Review content:
I called to get my microwave repaired.... and it took them days to even return my call. When they set up an appointment to come out...they never showed up. I called again and received an apology and they re-set an appointment to come out.
To make a very long story shorter, I waited six weeks for my microwave to be repaired! The first appt - they said they needed to order a part...then when they came out two weeks later to repair it, suddenly they decided to take it in to the shop - assuring me I would have it back within two days. Two weeks later I keep calling (most of the time I could only leave a message - and calls were not returned)...finally they say they'll be out. I waited Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Monday before they finally showed up = calling every day!! By this time it had been SIX WEEKS since my original call and they had my microwave for four of those weeks!!
I made 9 appointments with them.... they said they would come out. They actually showed up 3 times. Once to say they had to order the part, once to take the microwave, and once to finally reinstall it.
The only good news is I think it is fixed.
They are the most inconsiderate and unprofessional company I have ever dealt with.
DO NOT USE THEM!!!
