My experience with Friendly Ford, Springfield was diametricly opposed to those who have complained about bad deals or something. I traded cars with them and as far as sales go my experience with them was spot on. I gave them four stars only because I think they could have given me a bit more for my trade. This is not a complaint. I made the trade and am Very happy with the whole deal. They gave me a full tank of gas.
