I've had several tough times with this station. One time, I dropped off a car battery (at 10 am) to be tested and when I called at 3pm (because they couldn't do it then and there), they still hadn't done it. When I went there at 4:30pm, they still hadn't done it. They had to look for 10 minutes just to find it, then test it to tell me it was dead (they didn't even offer to sell me a new one, just handed me the bill). I've had a flat that took all day to plug. That, just like testing a battery, only takes 15 minutes. The problem is they are the only station in the center of Lakeway proper and they get a lot of business. I would suggest driving the extra few miles for better customer service. These guys remind me of the stereotypical mechanic sham.
